An interactive session on “Office Ergonomics” was organized at the ICRC, Peshawar Office on the 15th of December, 2022. Mr. Jabbir Muhammad, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Mr. Muhammad Usman, Rehab Officer, Northwest General Hospital & Research Center presided the session as guest speakers.
The objective of the session was to enlighten the ICRC staff about the benefits of proper posture in office, and how simple yet effective exercises that can be performed during working hours can steer clear of musculoskeletal abnormalities associated with improper posture.
The session was once conducted in English language for the mobile staff of ICRC and then again in local jargon for the local staff. The session was also attended virtually by members of the ICRC staff from various cities of Pakistan.
