Northwest General Hospital held a comprehensive hands-on workshop on the ‘Mulligan Concepts for Treatment of Back and Lower Quadrant’ from the 28th to 29th May at the Northwest General Hospital & Research Centre’s auditorium. Dr. Hazrat Islam, HOD Physical Therapy at NWGH, organised the workshop. The workshop commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, leading to a welcome speech by Dr. Arsalan Khan Awan. Further, Dr. Zia Ur Rehman, CEO of NWGH, shed light on the prerequisite and the paramount aspects of the role of Physical therapy in general health.
Moreover, Dr. Ghafoor Sajjad, the Head of the Department at Shifa Tameer-e-Millat University & Chairman Executive Committee Pakistan Association Of Orthopaedic Manipulative Physical therapy, conducted the workshop enlightening the participants on the fundamentals and additional skills and gave practical demonstrations of the technique.
