Dr Muhammad Ali Khan Gandapur belongs to Kulachi Distt D.I.Khan where he did his matriculation and FSc. He completed MBBS in 2008 from Khyber medical college Peshawar. For specialization he moved to Lahore and did his fellowship in Paediatircs. During fellowship he was trained at the Children Hospital and Jinnah Hospital Lahore. He then went to Ireland for two years as Non consultant hospital doctor / Paediatric Registrar. He passed his Paediatrics membership exam of Royal College of Physicians of Ireland in 2017 and fellowship exam of college of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan in 2018. He is member of Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons Glasgow and Certified European board of Paediatrics.

He completed his fellowship in Paediatric Gastroenterology and Hepatology from Children Hospital Lahore. His last appointment was as SR Paediatric Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Pakistan kidney and Liver Institute Lahore.

He is well versed in diagnosing and treating children with a wide range of Gastrointestinal , liver and pancreatic diseases. He can do various diagnostic and therapeutic gastrointestinal endoscopic procedures, liver abscess drainage along with percutaneous liver biopsy.
