Northwest General Hopital & Research Centre has established Public Relations structure and processes in the shape of the Public Relations Department. The department has been created with the aim of identifying gaps between patient’s expectations and experiences, to allow patients and their family to raise concerns, and to act upon their feedback with the objective of improving patient care and facilitation.

  1. Dealing with Indoor and Outdoor patient complaints
  2. Getting feedback & suggestions from in-patients & out patients on daily basis.
  3. Explaining & Implementation of hospital policies for providing best quality service
  4. Providing service related information and guiding patients and their attendants, visitors and hospital staff all around the hospital
  5. Providing absolute protocol and facilitation to official guests, Executive Health checkup patients, corporate patients, Sehat Insaf Card patients, NWTH endowment patients and official guests of the hospital
  6. Dealing  with ER, wards and consultant clinics for facilitation and support
  7. Over-coming language and cultural barriers for patient facilitation
  8. Helping in arrangement and organizing conferences and seminars etc. regarding Medical and Administrative issues/information.
  9. Provide facilitation for home sampling,  home pharmacy, and Zango (Neonatal Transport Service)
  10. Providing Signboards /  Signage to all departments upon their request, for staff and patient guiding
