The training objectives were to develop a long-term work force and reinforce the capacity and skills of multidisciplinary Healthcare staff (Post graduate trainees and Lab Scientific officers) to be able to provide reliable and authoritative link between the lab and the clinicians. It also helped in correct diagnosis of patient and guidance towards a better available treatment options.

The module was specially catered on the analysis of body fluids and explained the importance of different aspects related to lab samples and enabling the participants to identify and use appropriate tools and processes involve in sample collection, transportation and their analysis.
