Dr. Fazilat Jamala is working as a Consultant and Assistant Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology at the Northwest General Hospital & Research Centre, Peshawar and Northwest School of Medicine. Dr. Fazilat Jamala looks after all kinds of Obstetrics & Gynaecology patients, from prenatal care to postnatal care, and for carrying out procedures including cesarean sections, hysterectomies etc. In her role as Assistant Professor in Northwest School of Medicine in the Obstetrics & Gynecology Department, Dr. Fazilat Jamala is responsible for teaching the coming generations of medical professionals.

Following the completion of her MBBS from Khyber Medical College Peshawar in 2000, Dr. Fazilat Jamala completed her training from PGMI Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar, for her specialization (FCPS) in Obstetrics & Gynecology from College of Physicians and Surgeons, Pakistan.
