Northwest General Hospital on the 4th of April in collaboration with Rehman Medical Institute and Pakistan Society of Head and Neck Surgery conducted a successful 2nd Update on Head and Neck Oncology. The meeting was moderated by Dr Maryam Hayat of NWGH.

It was well attended with invited speakers from the United Kingdom and across the country giving very informative presentations on the current trends in management of Head and Neck Cancer Pathologies. The meeting was also graced by senior ENT Consultants from the region who added real value to the meeting.

Mr Farhan Ahsan and Mr Asad Qayyum who are also visiting international faculty at Northwest School of Medicine gave very immersive talks on how to deal with such clinical presentations.

This event was organised by Mr Imran Mohib Khan, Consultant ENT and Head & Neck Surgeon, NWGH and Prof Zubair Durrani, Consultant Maxillofacial Surgeon, RMI.

The panel discussion along with the presentations were well received by the audience.

The symposium was also attended by the Dean and CEO of RMI.
