NWGH-II’s Free OPD Medical Camp on January 9th, 2024, saw significant engagement across various medical specialities, reinforcing the commitment to community well-being. The camp provided complimentary services in General Medicine, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Gynaecology, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, ENT, Neurosurgery, Nephrology, Paediatrics, Urology, Psychiatry, and Plastic Surgery.
A total of 500 individuals availed themselves of free OPD consultations, with General Medicine attracting 161 patients, Gynaecology assisting 54 individuals, and various other specialties collectively serving the community. In addition to consultations, the camp hosted free tests, conducting a total of 106 tests. The camp also offered ultrasound/X-ray services at half price, performing 60 ultrasounds and 23 X-rays.
This comprehensive healthcare initiative aimed to address diverse medical needs, providing essential medical consultations, tests, ultrasounds, and X-rays to contribute significantly to the well-being of the community.
