Eligibility:

• BSN / General Nursing Diploma with Specialty and valid PNC.
• Fresh with one-year mandatory post-qualification Internship (PNC Requirement).

Responsibilities:

• Assess and document patient symptoms and medical history.
• Administer medication and treatment as ordered by Physicians.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and treatments.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, physical therapists, etc. to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, heart rate, and respiratory rate.
• Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care as required.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Perform other related duties as and when assigned.
