Eligibility

• Candidates applying for FCPS Endocrinology (2^nd fellowship by College of Physicians and Surgeons) must fulfill the following requirements:(as per CPSP criteria)
• Basic Qualification
  • MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC).
  • Valid permanent registration with PMDC.

• Postgraduate Requirement

  • Successful completion of FCPS in Medicine & Allied specialties.

• Candidates should visit the Dean’s Office (MPED) on the 4^th Floor, Northwest General Hospital & RC with the following documents:
  1. Consolidated Mark sheet
  2. Degree(s)
  3. PM&DC License
  4. Experience Certificate(s)
  5. House job Certificate
  6. CV

• Original documents should be produced at the time of the interview.
• For licensed personnel (PMDC), a valid license should be submitted with the documents. Expired licenses will not be accepted
