First gasps to gentle breezes

The New Innovative hands-on workshop “First gasps to gentle breezes” conducted on 14th Feb 2024, was based on the combination of NRP, non-invasive and invasive ventilation as evidenced by the title of the workshop. The registration seats were only 40, but participants exceeded more than 65 which was slightly difficult to cater but it was a highly demanded workshop and was a great success. It was done by Professor Dr Sajjad, Professor Dr Muhammad Arif, Professor Dr Bilal Seti and their team of SRs and registrars of the Northwest Neonatal unit. SRs and registrars ran the CPR and Endotracheal intubation stations while non-invasive ventilation which included bubble CPAP and high-flow nasal cannula was run by Professor Dr Sajjad and Professor Dr Bilal Sethi respectively. An invasive ventilation station was built by Professor Dr Mohammah Arif. The time allotted was 40 minutes for each station. Feedback was very good and people demanded more workshops like that. If you are interested and you have missed out on this opportunity, you can always go on to the website www.neonwgh.com and you can do online workshops like NRP and STABLE.
