On October 10, 2023, Bloomfield Hall School Peshawar (Senior Branch) hosted a successful event in honour of World Mental Health Day. Dr Sylvia Ali Khan, Consultant Psychiatrist, NWGH delivered two insightful sessions to students, teachers, and parents. In the first session, she emphasised the significance of mental health awareness, followed by strategies for managing stress and anxiety in the second session. The event successfully destigmatised discussions on mental well-being and highlighted the importance of resilience and digital-age mental health. Dr. Sylvia’s expertise greatly benefited the school community, and her engaging presentations left a positive impact on all attendees.
