Dr. Sahar Iqbal has been associated with NWGH and NWTH in the capacity of Assistant Professor at the Paediatrics Department. She is well-versed in dealing with all sorts of diseases pertaining to children of all age groups.

Dr. Sahar completed her MBBS degree from KMC in 2011 and acquired her FCPS training from Khyber Teaching Hospital in 2018.

Dr. Sahar has a lot of hands-on experience in dealing with infants suffering from complications and illnesses. Moreover, she also has a handsome amount of experience in both neonatal and paediatric intensive care. She is also involved as faculty with both the undergraduate and postgraduate teaching programmes at the institute.

Dr. Sahar has attended various workshops and trainings including STABLE, CHPE and NEOLAS. She has also helped conduct the neonatal invasive ventilation course at NWGH.
