The Human Resource Department, Alliance Healthcare Private Limited, in collaboration with the Federal Ombudsperson Secretariat for Protection Against Harassment (FOSPAH), organized an awareness session on Protection Against Harassment at the Workplace for employees of Northwest General Hospital & Research Centre, Northwest School of Medicine, Northwest Institute of Health Sciences, and Northwest College of Nursing.

Dr. Sardar Muhammad Alam, Chairman Board, AHL, welcomed the guests and emphasized the vital role of FOSPAH in promoting safe, respectful, and harassment-free workplaces. Ms. Madeeha Altaf, Assistant Registrar, FOSPAH, delivered a comprehensive presentation on workplace harassment, legal protections, complaint mechanisms, and the work being carried out by FOSPAH to safeguard employees’ rights.

The session was attended by the Principals of Northwest School of Medicine (NWSM), Northwest Institute of Health Sciences (NWIHS), and Northwest College of Nursing (NWCoN), along with senior management, vice principals, managers, assistant managers, faculty members, and staff from Alliance Healthcare institutions.

The event was graced by Malik Abdul Latif Awan, Chief Executive, AHL. Lt. Col. (R) Dr. Muhammad Bakhtiyar, Director Clinical Affairs & Administration, concluded the session with meaningful remarks and expressed gratitude to the FOSPAH representatives for conducting an informative and impactful awareness session.

The event concluded with the presentation of commemorative shields to the FOSPAH representatives, followed by a group photograph, reaffirming AHL’s commitment to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace for all.
