A free medical camp was organized at Northwest General Hospital II on April 2, 2026, where more than 527 patients suffering from various ailments received free treatment. During the camp, patients were provided with free consultations, complimentary medicines, and diagnostic investigations at subsidized rates.
As part of the initiative, key diagnostic services—including X-rays and ultrasounds—were offered at a 50% discount, while other essential medical tests were made available at highly affordable prices, ensuring wider access to quality healthcare for the community.
The camp covered a broad range of specialties, including General Medicine, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Gynecology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, ENT, Neurosurgery, Nephrology, Pediatrics, Urology, Psychiatry, and Plastic Surgery.
A team of highly qualified consultants and specialists participated in the activity, including Dr. Sahar Iqbal, Consultant Pediatrician; Dr. Mohammad Arif, Consultant Pediatrician; Dr. Nargis Gulab, Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist; Dr. Noor Sardar Afridi, Associate Professor of General Surgery; and Dr. Afaq Ahmad, Consultant Gastroenterologist & Hepatologist.
