The Nursing Department at Northwest General Hospital & Research Centre successfully conducted its first workshop on Transformational Leadership in Nursing. Head Nurses and Supervisors actively participated in interactive discussions, role plays, and strategic action planning sessions—aimed at strengthening leadership capabilities at every level of nursing care.
