Qualification:

MBBS/BDS with a higher qualification in management with a Master’s degree in one of the following (from an HEC-recognized or reputable foreign institution):

• Hospital Management
• Health Services Management
• Business Administration/Management
• Public Health
• Public Administration

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years at a senior management/director level position in a hospital.

Preference will be given to candidates with FCPS/FRCS/FRCP/MRCP/MS/MD or a postgraduate equivalent clinical degree registered by the PM&DC.

Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative functions, including finance, budgeting, ancillary services, building maintenance, human resources, procurement, and quality assurance/accreditation with regulatory bodies
