Qualification / Requirements:

Eligibility

  • BBA (Hons) or 16 years of education, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.
    • Minimum 05 years of experience in Office Management.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong command of English.
    • Proficient in recording meeting minutes and maintaining accurate documentation.
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office, with the ability to efficiently manage and maintain confidential activities of the CEO’s Office. Capable of compiling, proofreading, and revising drafts of documents for senior management as required.
    • Strong liaison and coordination skills with top management and external organizations.
