Qualification / Requirements

Eligibility:

• a person who is a member of:

  •  a recognized body of professional accountants with at least 2 years experience as Company Secretary; or
  •  a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries with at least 2 years experience as Company Secretary; or
• a person holding a Master's degree in Business Administration or Commerce or being a Law graduate from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or equivalent, holding an equivalence certificate from HEC and having at least five years relevant experience
